About This Plant
GDEPL’s brochure lists four 1 TPD units, at Khed Nagar Parishad, Jawahar Nagar Parishad, Chiplun Nagar Palika and Dive Agar Gram Panchayat, all installed by the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Group.

How the Plant Works
Waste is fed into a high-temperature updraft gasifier, where controlled air converts it into combustible gas and heat, leaving a small amount of ash. The heat and gas can be put to use on site.
