Clean and Green Waste Disposal

Waste is treated where it is produced, so less of it travels to a landfill. GDEPL’s patented gasification plants, installed through Vasundhara, turn mixed waste into heat, fuel gas and a small amount of ash.

A plant on or near the site processes waste every day, reduces its volume sharply and recovers energy. GDEPL designs its plants to operate within Central Pollution Control Board emission norms, and each project is sized to the waste available at the site.

“Every tonne treated on site is a tonne kept out of the landfill.” — Vasundhara Re-Engineering

How Disposal Works

A disposal project follows a clear path: understand the waste, size the plant, install it and start processing. Timelines and approvals depend on the site.

Our Team and Partners

Vasundhara Re-Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is led by Director Mr. Mohan Bankar. We work with GD Environmental Pvt. Ltd. (GDEPL), whose engineers design and manufacture the patented technology we install.

Our team coordinates between clients, GDEPL’s engineers and local authorities, so a project moves from enquiry to commissioning with one point of contact.

FAQ FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens to the waste?

It is converted in a high-temperature updraft gasifier into combustible gas and heat, leaving a small amount of ash.

Per GDEPL, ash is about 5% of the input by weight.

Space depends on plant size. Plants range from 200 kg to 50+ TPD, so we assess your site first.

Suitability is confirmed project by project. Share your waste details and we will tell you whether the technology fits.
